Is prompt and super helpful every time we interact. I just wonder about the future durability of the electrical systems. The home delivery was rushed as it was the end of the month and somehow it was my fault that it was the month end!
The Sales at the Community came off as Rude all the time. Even for basic questions, her default response was defensive and dismissive. Even if it did turn out to be an issue on her or her teams part.During one of the phone call, I had to literally tell her on the phone to be polite and answer the question. I understand the market has been the way it is, but user experience still matters. The ability to submit requests online when I have home warranty issues - however as of late, no one has contacted me to update me on the status of work to be done. Even during a crisis, there should be ongoing communication with homeowners.

They are experts on particular projects and locations and frequently have VIP access to units that are not available to the individual purchaser. Then, we ask homeowners to evaluate their builder's quality and service after the first 5-months in the home, and again at the end of the first year. No one knows more about a homebuilder's quality and service than the builder's customers. The contract experience was timely but was rushed with the closing date. There was no flexibility on the dates and even after closing there are quite a few items that are not complete. I always asked a million questions and she was always patient in answering all of them.
Due to the market asymmetry, buyers like me were treated like dirt. The community sales manager, , threatened to cancel the contract if I didn’t adhere to her communication guidelines. Requests to add minor changes at my own cost were summarily rejected. And, I was kept at dark about the closing date until about 5 weeks earlier - prevented me from planing my move from Seattle or get a mortgage with favorable interest rates. I sincerely wish the downturn in housing market will bring down CSMs like from their high porches and make them realize how to be customer oriented.
